"In October, my shoulder hurt so badly that just standing still it was in pain. I started going to Results Physiotherapy just before Christmas and I’ll have my last session on Wednesday. I’ll need to keep working at home or in a gym, but the staff at Results did a wonderful job for me. They gave me exercises to do at home and encouraged me all along the process. My left arm nearly has full range of motion, but will be full range of motion as I will continue my program at home."

"I was referred to this company by my physician. I received the initial eval then was told by front desk staff I needed to pay $100 going forward since my insurance (BCBS) was considering them out of network. All of my deductible and out of pocket expenses were satisfied for the year so I called BCBS who sent me a referral form the provider needed to complete as the services would be covered at 100%. I forwarded the form to Physio. They completed their portion of the form and sent back to me saying now the physician needed to sign. It took me a couple of weeks, but I finally received the signed form back and called Physio. The young lady I spoke with was frustrated saying I told you if you wanted to be seen here you have to pay $100 per session or $200 per week. I tried to recap what we had done so far but she reiterated that, per her back office, I just needed to pay the $100 per session. When I explained that all out of pocket was met for the year and my insurance would pay at 100%, she suggested I get the physician to send it in. I explained they Physio is the one providing services and it has to come from them for final approval. She said fine, send it to me and I'll send but it won't do any good. At this point I was done. I called my physician who provided me with another referral for therapy. The therapist I saw initially was very nice and seemed to understand exactly what I needed. The clerical staff, not very knowledgeable or customer service oriented. UPDATE: I spoke with the regional VP who listened intently and showed genuine concern. I shared that my experience could and should be used as a coaching opportunity with the clerical staff, to which she agreed. While my service was not recoverable, I do believe Physio will take measures to improve their front-end approach to ensure their patient's overall experience is positive."

"Mattye and Kylie are excellent physical therapists. They've helped me through a broken shoulder and are working on my hips/back. I have full range of motion back in my shoulder. Angie is a very pleasant and efficient receptionist. I would recommend this team to anyone."
