"I just moved to town with 9 month old child and I was excited to call and make appointment only to be told that only clients they take are newborns without any reasoning. So, don’t waste your time calling unless you have a brand new baby. Person on the call was cold, nonchalant and did not care whether or not you would find pediatrician. First time I felt unwelcome since I moved to Boerne."

The wait time is minimal, if at all, and everyone just works together and moves quickly to get you seen. "So thankful for Dr. B and her staff. My kids have been sick quite a bit since we moved here and Dr. B has been amazing through it all. Recently my daughter has been experiencing chronic ear infections and Dr. B has been so compassionate, thorough and informative with her course of action. I appreciate her sense of urgency. She takes her time and thoroughly answers any questions. She is always so kind and encouraging as well. Lastly her staff is incredible. Austin, Leslie and Vanessa have all been amazing and so kind and helpful! Making appts and checking in is always a breeze"
