"I really liked my visits here while pregnant. Gave birth a few months ago and really struggling with PPD (followed by PhD,psych). Called today asking for an appt /what to do or how to get help and was referred back to the a PCP or psychiatrist...the people who told me to call my OB/GYN. Not really helpful."

"Very disappointing experience with NE OBGYN. Where to even start. I saw them for the first time back in May 2022 to discuss my female health and family planning. Returned august 2023. Completed a “family planning” office visit as I was told if I had questions around my health outside of my annual well woman’s exam to schedule that appointment, so I did. I was told to come do some blood work to ensure my hormones were level, so I did. I was completely misadvised as their office jumped to the conclusion I needed fertility treatment before even getting back all blood tests. Once I pointed this out they realized their mistake and said they’d follow up after the final blood test came in. Well blood test came back and low and behold I was already pregnant, therefore definitely NOT infertile. I decided at that point I would find a new OB to handle my pregnancy as overall my experience here was just not right. Fast forward 5 months later and I’m now being billed for “female infertility” treatment therefore my insurance denied my office visit. Spent 3 hours back and forth with this office and my insurance arguing if my appointment type was justifiable to be covered because Christina decided I was infertile and to code it as infertility. She clearly had an agenda from the beginning which was to get me out of her hands and into an expensive fertility doctors office. I am absolutely shocked and appalled with dealing with this office and hope no other woman seeking to become pregnant or who is already pregnant has to deal with this. Very glad I found a much better OB in the medical center who has been nothing but helpful and supportive in my pregnancy."

"I just moved to Boerne and this office had a good rating. However after speaking with 2 different agents, the initial person I spoke to along with the scheduling representatives I would never consider it. Both were so rude and should consider how they treat potential new patients"

"Seeing some of the negative reviews on here genuinely surprises me so I wanted to share my experience. 1. Front office staff - always very kind and patient, happy to answer any questions and if they don't know the answer they will do their best to point you in the right direction. This is true both when I call and when I'm physically there, I've been to this location 5 or so times over the last year and the experience is the same each time. 5 stars 2. Facility - always clean, easy to navigate, no complaints. 5 stars. 3. Medical Assistants/nurses (not 100% sure) - I've only interacted with two and for the past few visits it's been the same lady (i can't remember her name at this time which makes me feel awful because she's amazing) and she is always so easy to interact with and kind to me, she typically handles my vitals as well as my depo shots and it's always a pleasant experience. She was in the room for my iud placement and was a trooper holding my hand, if she hadn't been there i probably would have tapped out. 10 stars specifically for her, 5 stars overall everyone is nice. 4. The providers themselves. I have gone to 2, my first appointment was with a man whose name I can not remember as it was only for a brief annual exam and Nurse Cristina Bueche. Every woman i know has a horror story about an obgyn to the point that i feel so lucky to have found her. She is kind, patient, takes any issues/pain I'm having seriously, and has never made me feel like an inconvenience or someone just passing through like other medical providers have in the past. She is the only one I will book an appointment with and was the sole reason i felt comfortable getting an iud. I knew she would honestly and openly communicate with me through the process and did not sugar coat the fact that it would be painful. Going into my appointment, the only thing I was scared of was the pain - I had full confidence in her abilities and knew as long as I followed her instructions she would do everything correctly & safely. Both she and the assistant stayed by my side while I was in immense pain, talked me through it, helped me calm down because wow i knew it would be painful but that was next level, and were overall very compassionate. They never made me feel alone or like an inconvenience. 100 stars, should I ever move away I will happily make the trip over here for her. Overall, I'm happy with my care here and will continue being a client as I know I will always have a positive experience."

"Don’t come here if you expect them to actually care for you or your babies health. Everything was fine my first few appointments but now I will be switching to a different OBGYN because of the absolute lack of care. They refused to see me after I informed them that I was heavily bleeding in my second trimester and told me to give them a call if it happened again. They’re supposed to provide care yet they outright refuse to provide any care unless it is during your monthly pregnancy appointment. Now I will have to go to the ER and find a new OBGYN just to know if my baby is still alive because it’s too much of a hassle for them to schedule me for a 15 minute ultrasound. They should be ashamed of themselves."
