"Horrible service, from the doctor. on confirmation call before appt I was called to verify appt time and arrival time. I also have voice mail recording of arrival time. As I was parking literally at the arrival time on voicemail the doctor called me and stated that she was not going to see me because she was on her way out. I told doctor about voice-mail confirmation and she did not apologize she literally laughed at me and said I don't know what to tell you but I am not going to see you because we are done for the day. I walked in to reschedule and speak with front desk manager to ask why I was told to be there at 1245 arrival time for a 2pm appt. The doctor did not allow me to speak to the front desk. She took over the conversation and said I can reschedule or find another facility for service. I am not sure why the doctor came out to argue with me in the front desk area when I only wanted to speak with management and reschedule. It became a disrespectful argument between the doctor and I instead of her allowing me to speak with front desk manager and reschedule. The front desk manager tried to interject and apologize to me. But the doctor continued to interject and be unprofessional, unapologetic, condescending, and disrespectful. I waited weeks for this pain management appointment. The doctor should have directed her frustration to the staff that misinformed me about arrival and appt time. They scheduled me for 2pm yet the doctor stated that I was lying because they do not see 2pm appts. However I have multiple confirmation voice-mail telling me to arrive at 1245 for a 2pm appt. The doctor was cruel rude and unempathetic."

"I have been to this facility 7 times and I am extremely pleased with the facility and staff. Monica at the front desk is awesome and makes the best coffee :) All of the medical staff is very friendly and take great care of me when I am there for a procedure. There are times when the wait time can be long, however the staff and facility have no control over it. My doctor (Dr. Morchower) is great and sometimes procedures prior to mine take a little longer than expected. I truly can't understand why people are giving such bad reviews. This facility is out-of-network for my insurance, however I am always advised what my co-pay is prior to my visit. I would highly recommend this facility and staff to everyone. I am a very pleased patient and will continue to go to this facility anytime I need a procedure."
