"Unbelievably incompetent. I am a CF patient and NEED to have the meds that keep me alive delivered on time. I filled a prescription for an inhaled antibiotic last Friday and finally called today (Wednesday) to check on the status after having not received it. Turns out, the patient care rep just "forgot" to actually fill the med. She literally had ONE JOB and failed at it. I now have to wait even longer. I wish I could give these idiots NEGATIVE stars, but unfortunately, 1 star is as low as Google allows."
