"I love Costco, but I HATE Costco Pharmacy! Takes long time to fill the prescription. Someone tells you to wait 15mins and later someone came and tell you it would take at least 2 hours... and you have to pay for a flu shot, for some reason insurance don't cover Costco Pharmacy."

"I should have read the reviews here before making this my pharmacy. The pharmacist himself is top notch and none of this is his fault, but Costco doesn't really fill a useful niche in the pharmacy game. This one in particular suffers from the same problems that businesses in Lubbock do overall - they mistake a warm smile and "have a blessed day" for competent service. This place is managed like an old country pharmacy you'd find in some economically depressed high plains backwater. Even if you confirm they received your prescriptions there's no guarantee they'll be there four hours later (the computers went down!) or because they have a single pharmacist, you might get there 1/2 way through a break and need to wait 30-45 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and keep your business at Walgreens or someplace that knows how to run a business, or you are going to end up routinely starting your prescriptions a day or two later."
