"Bought shoes online and went to exchange them 4 days later after I received my delivery. I went to the store and exchange them and had to pay a seven dollar difference because the sale was technically over! Yeah right! Then, when I called customer service, they told me the prices online are different from the store so I couldn’t even get an even exchange.. How I miss famous footwear….. And don’t try to reply and tell me to call customer service cause I already did that"
"Large store with a great selection of shoes and boots and such for the whole family. Usually have what we are looking for. Lots of selection for Sketchers brand here, which does me no good as I will never plan to purchase products from Sketches again for anyone in the family. We have had a few pairs and they never hold up as well as other brands. 2023 Update: Still a well stocked and organized store. We typically leave with what we came shopping for, so that's a win in my book!"
