"I like to pick up my scripts here because they are always ready on time"

"The pharmacist is rude, unprofessional, nosey and is never ever found at the front counter. You always have to call her to the front counter. She is always eating but wants to close early for lunch even when I was walking up to get help. There is no privacy when it comes to having a conversation with her about patient prescriptions. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would give."

"I went in today, 3/20/2022, to pick up a prescription for my daughter that was sent over the night before from the hospital for my 1 year old. When I arrived the pharmacist (Beatrice, who claims is the manager and also the supervisor for that pharmacy) came up to the counter. She did have her child with her and notified me she had to bring her child to work due to lack of babysitter. I understood completely having 3 kids myself and at some point during their infancy have had to take them to work with me for the same reason. She informed me that my daughters RX was sent to another cvs located down the street from them, and then walked away to attend to her crying child. I stood there because I wanted to ask her if there was anyway of getting it filled there seeing that I was already there. She told me no because the other cvs was trying to fill it. So I called the other pharmacy and they let go of the Rx so that way I could fill it at the location I was already at. When I returned to the counter Beatrice was very displeased that she had to help me. She did not get up from her seated position behind the counter where I could only see here eyes and top of her head. She sighed very loudly and was very obvious that I was disturbing her time to watch her child. She asked for the date of birth and right away said they were out of stock. She proceeded to ask me what the RX was, I didn't know the name of it since the RX was sent directly to the pharmacy. But I was confused as why she was asking since she told me she was out of stock. She looked at her back wall (without standing up) and said "yeah , I don't have it". I was very upset. I have a toddler who has an incision on her buttocks with me who is very irritable...and she's giving me a hard time about getting my toddler her antibiotics for her incision. It's definitely not my fault she had to bring her child to work, and I was very understanding. But she was definitely projecting that in her work ethics and that is very unprofessional and wrong. As I walked away she said "I can order it if you want" I ignored her, because there's no way you can reason with someone who lacks common sense, empathy, and professionalism. Do and be better Beatrice. If you are the manager/supervisor you are setting the wrong example to those who you are designated to manage/supervise. Plus mom to mom be more empathetic to another mother (or person in general) you never know what they're going through."

"Go to get scrip at Target CVS. Person in charge appears to be training someone new. Stand there for 3 minutes. NO acknowledge that I am there. Ok. Move over to where I am facing person training. She says I will be right with you. OK. She then walks past me to show new employee where something is and returns back to counter and proceeds to talk with new hire. After 5 more minutes of waiting I leave. ALL MY SCRIPS now go to Market Street. This CVS is a complete and utter joke!!!! Here's to customer service reputation in Odessa. Most places SUCK around here. How do these places stay open? Forgot it's Odessa so nothing really functions in this place"

"Called for a booster and they said come in it would take 5 minutes. So we went in after unloading my wheelchair. Get in and the lady at the desk was very rude and said it’s preferred we have an appointment and we said ok can we still get it and she said no you aren’t getting it today. So lady on the phone was wrong I guess. Either way we wasted a lot of time and energy for nothing."
