"I’ve been going to this store for my meds, for lots of things, in store purchases plus you get cash if you get on their app! You talk about the nicest, most considerate, thoughtful, I just can’t say enough. There should be way more stars. I’ve never, ever known a Walgreens before I switched over here to have truly truly amazing and kind girls and gals! 100$ prescription they got me a discount of 60$ even! And I truly needed that help! Mrs. Ebony we want to thank you, you are such an awesome woman! They are all like that! Please keep them all in your prayers because they are truly Godsend! Thank you to all of you! From me and my family!"

"They are also a convenient FedEx pickup location. You just have your package shipped with your name and the stores address. Once it's delivered you pick it up at the photo counter in the store. You show the clerk your ID and pick up your package. It's that simple. I wasn't able to receive a package overnight in Pecos but it was able to be overnighted to Odessa and I picked it up there."

"The absolute worst. Tried to get someone besides the automated system and it took over 4 times trying and then a 20 minute wait. Went to get my prescriptions and they had my information so wrong and took me another 20 minutes to finally get my medicine. Staff is rude and inexperienced. I have used Walgreens for over 15 years and now they are the worst. Since they lost my information I wonder where it is and who is seeing it. Bad business for sure"

"They routinely leave you on hold for 45+ minutes when needing to speak to a technician. They do not keep one of my RX in stock and after my DR. called it in, it took them two full days to order it and they didn’t know when it would arrive. On day 3, I asked if they could transfer it to another pharmacy because I couldn’t wait any longer and I was told “No. Because I don’t have time.” Rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Worst staff I have ever encountered."

"The experience was HORRIBLE. I waited in line for over 20min while people who arrived after me got attended. I pushed the call button on to hear an aggressively toned heavy set woman yell out "We'll get to you" over the shabby speaker. Then, after the latest person to arrive at the window was attended, (much later than I had been there mind you) I was "attended" by a rude woman with zero customer service skills. The first words out of this hogs mouth were "prepared to pay cash if you don't have insurance!" If only she would have only asked first then she would have learned that I did in fact have insurance. When I informed her that I did have an insurance card she then surmised (I can only assume by my appearance,) that I must have medicaid. She then promptly rebutted , "well, we don't take Medicaid." Yet again if she would have even cared to ask first she would have learned that I was NOT using medicaid insurance. But, maybe because I'm hispanic it's ok for this entitled pig faced white woman to assume whatever stereotypes she likes of the minority customers. The experience in simply going to pick up the medication I really needed was so terrible I would give NO STARS if it were possible. I will never use the poor excuse for a pharmacy ever again. They are truly the worst. If you are partial to being treated with a little dignity and like a human, choose a different pharmacy."
