"Everything went smoothly! I brought my car in for drivers side mirror to be changed out. I was parked on the street and someone hit my mirror which had to be replaced. The Merlin’s staff was friendly and efficient in helping me with any questions I had as well. I asked them to take a look at my car also for a routine inspection while it was In and they found that my tires needed to be rotated due to the wear on the treads. Nothing was pushed and I felt like I was in control the entire time! Thank you to the staff and crew at Merlin’s for always being there when I need them and a great asset to the area!"

"The actual price was approximately $300 more than the quote. They gave me just a day ago. on top of that. I just had my car inspected at the dealership in knew exactly what was wrong with it. Still got charged a $30 fee which would’ve been OK if the work would’ve been closer to the amount of what the estimate was. I had to bascically bag for $10 off of that. The problem I had was more with integrity not so much the price. but hey you live and you learn. By the way, I took the day off of work to get the work done to no avail, so wasted one whole workday after I already have an appointment set for today."
