"I’ve been a customer of Earl’s for years. I’ve consistently had good experiences. However, I placed an online order a few days ago and left quite disappointed. I placed the order at 6:34 pm and arrived at 7:03 pm to pick up my order. My order was not ready, and I was heading to another engagement hoping to present the food. I ended up leaving without my order due to time constraints. I did not request a refund but feel I should have requested one."
"This BBQ joint is so good, I almost slapped my grandma's recipe outta her hand! Seriously, the cashier's charm could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. The meat? Tender, juicy, and smoked to perfection. But don't sleep on the sides! The mac and cheese is a revelation - creamy, cheesy, and with a depth of flavor that belongs in a soul food hall of fame."
"I was looking for a good place to find some rib tips. I ordered two large tips, and I was pleasantly surprised they were nice and tender and they were meat not very fatty had a nice smoke flavor very tender. The sides were good the mac & cheese and the fries. The sauces were good honey, barbecue spicy sauce and a mixture sauce of both flavors. They had various sauces that you could add so I asked for it plain and I added the sauce later. I would definitely recommend Earls and I will be back!"
