"I usually go here for some food to bring to work without many problems if any at all. However, today was another story. I made an online order so that I can pick it up and bring to work to eat later. I was greeted by one, a male, who likely didn't understand that I had placed my order - had the receipt via email for proof - even after I said the name on the order. I had to wait for close to 25 minutes before I had to get going to work, and was forced to leave the establishment empty handed. There were other patrons there who likely (couldn't tell for sure, to be fair here) got there after me but got their orders before me. I don't know if the location ever got my order, which makes today's situation more complex despite me having a receipt of the order. I also couldn't tell if they were understaffed, let alone if they were short on items. I will add that it was kind of busy, which doesn't help the situation here."
"I love Popeyes but if you want a classic yummy experience, try another location! Sadly, the fish sandwich was freezer burned and they didn’t put hardly any tartar sauce on it. When I asked for extra they gave me a hard time and I was willing to pay for it. They said “we don’t do that here, every franchise is different “ . I know times are tough but come on y’all!"
"Did drive-thru so can't really comment on atmosphere but everything else was great. Food hot and delicious, service fast and efficient. Nothing at all was a concern. Great visit. Thanks!"
"Clean location, with fairly cheap prices. The staff is friendly enough, but not overly so. That seems to be common in Chicago. The spicy chicken was okay, though it tasted a little freezer burned. The red beans and rice tasted canned. Even the fountain drink (fruit punch) tasted odd. The biscuit was tasty though, thumbs up for it. Sigh. I sure do miss the southern chain Bojangles."
"WoW! This is THE BEST Popeyes location I've EVER ordered from! Ever time I've ordered from this location in last 6 months or so, the food has been OUTSTANDINGLY good! My compliments to the chef and all of your staff for your amazing efforts. They are definitely shown in the taste and quality results of your products and cooking skills. Top Notch Fried Chicken, chicken sandwiches all the works to go with it. I have NOT received ANY food (quality wise or customer service) that I have been dissatisfied with. Please up the EXCELLENT work and thank you! A+ 5 start overall location. Loooove that chicken from Popeyes!"
