"Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers? Horrible management if this is what they're doing now. I will start taking my business somewhere else now."
""Freaky fast" more like absurdly slow. I sit here typing this review as I hit 30 minutes of watching my sandwich order sit in your shop and not be worked on nor delivered. Should change your slogan if you're going to take longer than most pizza places take make a full order. I will he disputing this charge, what a joke of a location."
"One star when the Indian guy is there, 4 stars if not. If this guy is the owner then everyone needs to stop going until he sells it or closes it. If he is the manager then he needs to be fired. Pickup when he is there takes forever. He can't multi task and you have to wait for everyone in front of you to order until you can even get his attention. I travel for a living and this is the only location I've been to that doesn't have a storage shelf for pickup. if that is supposed to be standard then the franchisor needs to enforce it. He is rude as well. He butchered my name and when I corrected him he waved his hand at me like he could care less. I feel sorry for the workers. They are friendly and fast when he is gone but look miserable and times are noticeably slower when he is there."
