"Progressively worse each time. It’s great that your employees get along so well & spend most of the time talking to each other…. But maybe acknowledge the paying customers. My little cheeseburger in a bowl had the aluminum foil pushed down so the cheese all got stuck to it so no cheese for me today oh and they decided to put the grilled onions & mushrooms under the lettuce which was under the tomatoes which was under the burger (my cheeseless lil cheese burger). So I had to basically take everything out to put the TOPPINGS on top of the burger (isn’t that why they’re called toppings & not bottomings?). Spending $40 on lunch for 2 was so not worth it. If you have a choice avoid this place. Waste of money!! It’s sad coz I used to love them but maybe they need to love themselves so that the quality improves. Really disappointed."
