"First let start by saying I enjoy a good steak. My first visit to this location was not good at all, but after talking to Jessica I felt it was worth giving it another try. Unfortunately there needs to be someone who deals with the person who maintains the dishwasher. We had two sets of saucers come out dirty. One set had some black looking tar residue on it. The second set wasn't clean either. Then here comes the steak....my husband got well done not burned. I ordered medium well not too much pink. What I received was medium rare!!! As much as I wanted to enjoy my lunch that didn't happen. I know management will take heed to this review and hopefully correct some of these issues. I do however want to thank Veronica for her superior customer service."

"16 out of 20, perfect Steaks. Taste, temperature and tenderness! Wonderful Hostess, great manager, and wait Staff is quite good and responsive. UPDATE: Last 3 visits, steaks were 100% awesome, shrimp was perfect and appetizers on point, Love the Tonions! My guests and myself were so happy."

"The food was one of unpleasant experiences I have from longhorn 1st off the waiter bought us our drinks the long pour one of the glasses was so sticky & dirty we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands I ask can they redo the drink ,she said no I'll just bring you a clean glass to re pour it our self, finally the food came I had to sent the fries back twice I ask why was our food milk warm she said she don't know, it was cold within two minutes,I cut into my ribeye steak it was nothing but fat so I cut all the fat off which was half of the steak I showed it to her and I said I'm paying over 26.00 for this and half of it is fat,I understand that a little fat be on the steaks but she told me I should have ordered a better choice of steak ! The shrimps was cold & undone as well so I ask for a manager but no one never came we was told they are busy I spent 189.00 for my birthday in that place & the service was horrible. "Came to LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate a birthday and was not disappointed. The steak and sides were delicious! Ordered my steak medium well and it didn’t stand a chance. I asked them if they did anything special for birthdays and they brought out a small ice cream treat on the house for the Birthday person. I recommend this place to everyone."
