"Very nice and clean dollar tree! Well organized and has a good selection of products!"

"“Manager” Sh - - - - n terrible customer service. Associate says my card got declined (impossible, I’m obviously not spending my last 4 dollars on a soup bowl n oven mits) so I says “hmm ok, no prob, I’ll just pay cash.” Get outside and see that I WAS charged and can se the transaction in my app. Go back in, explain this, and “manager” says “yea you need to call your bank..” and I’m just like “lady, y’all charged my card AND cash so I need MY cash back.” Long story short, nothing was resolved, the staff was incompetent even looking up the transaction that just happened, and I won’t be going there anymore. Customer service doesn’t exist in 2023 and it’s a shame."

"Well organized, stocked, and clean. It was my first time in this Dollar Tree, actually. I liked this store. I wish I lived closer, but I don't. I was in the area."

"I went into dollar tree to buy a card and gift card. It was my niece's birthday and she wanted a gift card from here. I go to the only line open to check out and I wait and I wait some more. All the while I can hear the employees in the back storage room laughing and talking. Now I would have gone back there but I recently had back surgery and I have major nerve damage throughout my body that I was just in to much pain to go back there. Let me tell you if I was a thief I would have just walked out with half the store lol. Anyways 5 minutes later a worker finally emerges from the back room. Now I'm in extreme pain and annoyed by this time and I wasn't very nice when I asked in a very stern loud tone if anyone was working at the register. Also I was not the only customer in the store either."

"I went in to get Easter baskets and toys. The woman at checkout Lori with the leopard print mask was checking out woman in front of me. I brought three play dohs up, one of which she threw in the woman in front of mines bag. Then the scanned the other two. As she was scanning other items she stops and grabs the two other play dohs and says “I don’t know if I scanned these.” And without even checking to see if she scanned them she scanned them AGAIN! And when I wanted to check the bag to see if there were three play dohs she waved her hand in my face “can you step back?” I know we are not out of the woods yet with Covid and she had a mask on but a simple please stay behind the glass would have done without her waving her hand in my face, that almost made me want to walk out and not buy anything. I paid and went to my car and saw she did indeed charge me twice for play doh. I never shop at dollar tree but went in to buy simple things for Easter baskets and I won’t be shopping again. I am a customer service manager and if any of my employees waved there hands in front of a customers face they would be talked too. If you are unsure if she scanned something CHECK before scanning again. I know we get overwhelmed at times but we have to take our time so we don’t make mistakes"
