"STILL Waiting on boots, ordered 3-15-2023. This is the the FIRST post, after patiently waiting OVER 5 months! . . . (Part 2) . . . . Sept. 30th 2023. If over 5 months was Unacceptable, NOW we are at 6 1/2 months! On a (PRE-PAID) order! You ARE Correct! VERY Unacceptable!!!. . . .3 Days away from (7-MONTHS!) & Still waiting! How about a refund check, in the mail? 1-20-2024 (10-MONTHS!) & Still waiting on a REFUND! NOT BOOTS!!! I ordered Another pair of those a long time ago. FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!"
"I have not been able to get an answer at the phone number or get anyone in person at the store in over 2 months so I have been forced to leave a review as those sometimes do get answered. I bought an expensive coat in July of 2023 and have been waiting for it to be embroidered since then. Every time I would call or show up, I would be told 1 more week. It still isn't done, then over 2 months ago, they just stopped responding all together. I am not even sure this place is open anymore. I do not want to be out the money for the coat and the cost of the embroidery. I really just want the coat that was purchased for my husband."
"I am the Chief of local municipal EMS agency and I have been using Heros in Style for years. I applaud the EMS professionals that took over the store right before the COVID pandemic. This created many obstacles and supply chain issues. I am extremely happy that they survived all of this to continue to serve our local public safety needs."
