"Was looking forward to eating some good food but was so disappointed tonight. The chicken sandwiches did not have any pickle in it, there was barely any popcorn shrimp in my order, which was also so stale and seemed like it was left out all day, with a side of mashed potatoes that was barely filling the container. Also hate that there was a sign saying they only had drive thru open only, and this was only at 7:30PM! Not coming here again."
"Food is normally good. Service unprofessional and today no different. Could not understand what the order taker was saying at the monitor had to go to window. While I placing order still confused a Manager came and said "hurry up there people are waiting". There was no one waiting. Never told parmesan chicken wings were spicy. When called to inform them. The manager gets on the phone and states I was told they were spicy. I told her I can't eat spicy so I would never ordered it. Watch the manager and order takers."
"Popeyes is a high premium chicken price restaurant, with not so good chicken. This chains chicken use to be hot and fresh now you are better off going at your local chicken shack. My main concern was the various types of chicken I receive on the same order. I order a 5pc chicken special nice hot juicy. In the same order I had a 8pc that was dry hard and luke warm. All chicken was mild flavor. The other issue was the app it's not working at some locations."
"We came to Popeyes at 10 AM, where they opened, and they said they were not ready. We came at 10:10 AM, and they did not answer the phone. Sysco was delivering the frozen chicken when we arrived. Many boxes. When we finally ordered the chicken the fryers were not ready so we had to wait for 15-20 minutes."
"Been coming to this Popeyes for a while and they’ve just been very disappointing lately. Ordered the 2 piece chicken and there’s barely any chicken on the bone! Wouldn’t even feed that to my dog, hopefully some improvements are made."
