"I don't leave many 2-star reviews, but when I do... They are well deserved. Our service and food were not good. I went with my dad and sister, I split a cheeseburger with my sister and my dad ordered a brat. Our burger came out burnt on the outside and then I realized our waiter didn't ask how we wanted it cooked. The burger was not good. Edible is a good descriptor. Then, the brat never came. We asked the waiter and she completely forgot to put the order in. I would go back and give it a second chance though, it was my first time and could've just been a bad experience which can happen anywhere."

"This place has amazing food and service and we can’t wait to get back. It is definitely a local favorite but the food is better than most places we go that are twice as expensive. We both had the Cod fish fry served with fries and homemade coleslaw which I could just eat that! I had Chicken Tortilla soup and my wife the Clam Chowder both were delicious. We had Cheese curds for an appetizer and the order was enough for 4 adults. Please give them a try!"

"We were in town for our sons graduation from Navy boot camp. We.got into town & checked into hotel and needed to find a place to eat dinner failry close to the Naval Station. We were looking for pub grub and found this place after.doing some online searching. The people there were super cool to us from the time we sat down and we felt right at home. I got a pint of beer from a local brewery on tap, wish I could remember what it was but it was good, my wife got some wine which was fine for her. We ordered the cheese curds app, they were tasty. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich w/provolone & fries, my wife ordered a Greek salad . My wife enjoyed her salad and took at least half back to the room. I haven't ever had an Italian beef sandwich before but knew what they are. It was a really good sandwich. Their Giardiniera was on the side but had just the right amount of spice that it went great on the sandwich. I would definitely eat that again. We stayed for their trivia and won a round and got a free breakfast . That Saturday our son shipped out basically in the middle of the night and our flight out was in the afternoon so we went back and had breakfast. When we arrived the staff remembered us and made us feel like regulars. I got a bloody Mary which came with a small beer chaser, my wife got a mimosa. we enjoyed both drinks. I got their corned beef hash, my wife got the French toast. They were both very good. The staff and people there really were super cool to us and we felt like we were in a place we belonged. If we are ever.back in the area we will return."
