"This restaurant has been featured on so many different shows through Chicago and through Food Network. The prices here are absolutely awesome. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. The chimichurri sandwich special with the french fries was also great. I would highly recommend the brisket beans and the hush puppies those were really tasty. Very clean with very friendly staff. Great place to stop by in Lagrange."
"I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, but I've noticed a definite decline in both quality and value. Their decision to eliminate plates, which were a fantastic way to sample the menu without breaking the bank, is a disappointment. My beloved dry rub wings, once bursting with flavor, now leave me wanting. And sadly, with each visit, the restaurant seems increasingly deserted. On the bright side, the side dishes, like the mac and cheese and french fries, remain stellar. However, their individual pricing forces me to limit myself to one, which dampens the dining experience. Ultimately, this restaurant needs to find a way to make its offerings more affordable without compromising on quality. Perhaps then, the nightly buzz they once enjoyed will return."
"First time trying. Everything was pretty good. The chicken was a tiny bit dry. The burnt ends were really good. What's weird is that the best thing we ordered, was the beer battered cod taco. I didn't expect that to be better than the barbeque. We were lucky enough to get seating. Other people weren't so lucky. They definitely need more. It's nice that they do takeout though. It definitely helped with the seating."
"It was really good overall. The chili really missed the mark for me, it's a sweet chili. The ribs are a little dry, but tasty. Mash potatoes are delicious. Good place for a quick family meal."
"They really do put the Q in BBQ! Burnt ends were a perfect smoke taste. Excellent flavor and beautiful smoke rings. Try this for a BBQ hack. Spread the mashed potatoes on the sandwich like mayonnaise. Then dip it in the Beans. Enjoy"
