Founded by experienced chefs Chris & Mary Spagnola, along with their partners Sharon Owens and Steve & Mary Jo Quirk, MilkStop aims to provide a welcoming space for both locals and visitors to enjoy delicious meals made with the freshest ingredients. Housed in a charming building with a rich history dating back to 1901, MilkStop pays homage to the town's past as a stop on the Aurora Branch Rail Road with its name. Guests can savor a diverse selection of wines at half price on Wednesdays, and indulge in delectable dishes throughout the week during operating hours. "If you haven't been here what are you waiting for? This place has such a creative menu with unique but approachable food and drinks, excellent service and a really cool vibe. The prices are very reasonable especially for what the menu has to offer. They have a great brunch on weekends. Happy hour and half off wine Wednesdays are also a great time to go. They also have a private event space in their deli shop which is adjacent to the restaurant. Be sure to check out the subs and salads in the deli shop and also consider hosting a private event in the event space which holds up to 40 people."
"This was our first time at Milk Stop. Cannot say we will go back again. I wanted to take my wife for a nice Valentine's day lunch. The place is quient and welcoming, but the food and service was not what we expected from the info and images on the website. We realized that we got the wrong order when we were brought another burger order that looked more like what we wanted. The whole story is to long to write, but our server K grace was fine, with room for improvement . On the food side, could use less salted. My last complaint is that, usually, when I order soup at my favorite restaurants, it comes with bread. Didn't think I was going to be overcharged for bread."
"⭐️4.2/5 Server was very friendly and place was very cute and nice. But food was a bit disappointing with price.. I ordered a roasted chicken, it was kind of dry :/ And I didn’t like the strawberry jelly on the dessert donut. If I knew they drizzled jelly on the top, I would ask to have on the side."
