"Store stole my money!! Placed and order at the wrong store. Called to get it canceled. Shift manager Pablo says I'm out of luck and my money is gone. Got the manager of the store I intended the order to go to to call Pablo to explain to him how to issue a refund. All while on loud speaker, Pablo says he's busy. So not only will he not issue me a refund, but when another store manager calls him to explain how to do it, he refuses to because he's busy. I just want my stolen money back. Don't go to this Culver's. The employees are beyond incompetent. Manager of Mount prospect Culver's, you are the best. Thank you for your effort."
"New Year's Eve and walked in the Cashier guy had an attitude it felt like, then they were all in the front and the stare when we walked in was unsettling to say the least. Placed my order then got home and noticed they left out two 4 piece tenders that I ordered yet they gave me two BBQ sauce containers???? I was so upset I gave my dinner to my kiddos and not ate because they messed up the order. Not the Culvers quality I am used too."
"Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, excellent service paying attention to incoming customers, ordering was very smooth in person (prefer over the touch screen computers), food quality better than most competitors, clean and spacious dining area sezonly decorated, in addition outside seating area available too."
"Food was great but service from Danny was even better. I would come back based on my interaction with Danny alone. He is the kindest purest soul if every food industry worker was like him the world would be a better place. It’s good to know there are still people like Danny out there"
"Custard! Some of the best and freshest custard in town. Franklin Park is not blessed with good ice cream but this is the place. We always go for the pints. Much better deal. The General Manager was awesome! Thumbs up to you."
