"Small quaint restaurant with amazing food. I had Carne Asada and a spicy pork sope. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend."
"It's a nice clean environment. Small but you feel at home instantly with a kind waiter I forgot his name. But the two older woman Tere and Rayna are by far the best cooks I've ever met and there food is made with love. It looked Small but boy was I surprised I was full and every bite was like heaven sent. Fresh,hot food and fast service. I highly recommend everything. I haven't been able to go to another restaurant since I started dining here I keep needing more. There red enchilada sauce will have you coming back for more so beware you will be addicted. I've been to many places and not even Mexico tops these two ladies cooking they need a bigger restaurant It's truly kenosha's hidden gem."
"Cozy and inviting restaurant right in the heart of Kenosha. Breakfast was quite good, chorizo & eggs. Little heavy on the chorizo, but rolled up in a tortilla with potatoes it was really good. Potatoes were cooked well, wish they had a little more onions. Pork chimichanga was overall good too. I’ll come back to sample more food! Friendly service, speedy food prep and fair prices."
"5 stars!!! I was born and raised in San Antonio, only place for miles that can cook Mexican food the way is was invented. Excellent food excellent service. Have not been here in 2 months and they still know my order exactly. You know that is cool. Salsa is legit. Fresh ingredients and Barbacoa is on point. Been numerous times and never once disappointed. Love the people there and the food. I go here to feel good and remember Texas. Thank you La Fe Cafe!!!!!!"
"Excellent food, friendly staff, great value. We haven’t had top tier mexican food in a while, been trying to find our new “spot” since we moved here from Illinois. This place knocked it out of the park. Appetizers were perfect. Salsa was amazing, guac may be the best I’ve ever had. Been trying to think of better guac and I can’t think of any. Entrees were on par or better than our favorite Mexican restaurant in illinois. The staff was friendly, and our order was 100% accurate. Will definitely order from here again!"
