Jersey Mike's Subs

"Night shift had the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced in customer service. Sandwich maker literally arguing with my mom about my mom not waiting onions on her sandwich. Very unprofessional. Back and forth with a customer about the way she wants her sandwich. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go here again. 40.00 dollars to be disrespected. She had an attitude when we walked in the door. This is the third time I have been there and been treated disrespectful. WHEN YOU KNOW BETTER YOU DO BETTER TF"

"I didn't like the fact the girl cut off part of my bread, I paid for a regular and it looks like I ended up recieving a mini, I'm disappointed in the quality of food l recieved. I am not satisfied at all. This place cost way to much money, seems like I won't be returning here. In top of the the sandwhich wasn't even good, it was just disgusting, I could of went too jimmy johns around the corner instead of here."

"This past June marked my very 1st visit to this location and only my 2nd visit to a Jersey Mike's in general, Gurnee was the 1st at least 4 years ago. I guess when it comes to sub sandwiches, I tend to be picky and have to be in the mood for one. The subs here are really good though and I actually came back twice over the next 6 weeks. In the world of subs, the competition is fierce and JM's is not alone out there. You've got Subway, Potbelly & Jimmy John's just a few seconds away, Firehouse, Penn Station, Quizno's, Cousins, etc. These subs seem to be of good quality with fresh ingredients, tables are always clean at this location, haven't had an issue with the customer service yet and prices still seem reasonable. For me to come back repeatedly to a sub shop, they have to have at least one sub that sticks out as far as taste. In 3 visits since this past June I've had the Big Kahuna, the Philly and the Italian; all are great. I think I've just stumbled onto a taste that's grown on me and just typing this has me planning my next visit. Jersey Mike's is a GO!!"

"How you sell somebody a B.L.T and forget the Damm Tomatoes. The whole sandwich is a BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATOES. SMDH. I did a pu order. The store was completely empty and the order was still messed up. 20 bucks down the drain. Thanks alot Jersey mike's."

"Probably the best sammich place I've been to compared to quiznos and subway!! Right off the bat the employees are super nice. They were very happy to assist me and my coworkers with our choices. Generous with the meat and so tasty and flavorful! I got Grilled Pastrami Rueben and it is outstanding!! I also had their brownie for my side instead. Clean place, nice atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Very pricey but it's the price I'm willing to pay! See attached photos!"
