Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Our server was also the bartender (we were not sitting at the bar). She did her best but obviously couldn't do both at the same time. Took over 1 hr to get our food from when we ordered and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Just very slow service. The food was good though."

"The ONLY positive was Cece. And the mozzarella sticks. It took about 7 or 8 minutes to be seated but we finally just sat at the bar. I think only 3 people were working the front, and one of them was the bartender Cece. She kept apologizing for the delays but it wasn't her fault. Whoever scheduled her did so to cover the bar, tables, AND to go orders. The only one on a Saturday! Insanity. We saw three couples leave after standing and waiting to be seated. One couple tried to get the attention of a guy that walked by them three times and he said "I'm busy, I'll be there in a minute" in an irritated voice. Ughhh...it's sad because the food was good and it's one of the only Applebee's by us. Corporate, get that location some help!!!"

"It started out okay they took our order that went well then we received our appetizer with no napkins or utensils and when we asked for napkins we got cocktail napkins was a breyer food we had to ask for utensils nobody came to check to see if we needed more drinks we were never asked how our food was and a different waiter brought the bill I had to get my own drink went to the bar and said can I have another soda I did not leave a tip because I felt it was not earned"

"Highlyyyyy disappointed. Go anywhere else but here. Ordered at 6pm for a takeout and they said it would be ready at 6:17. As you can see on the receipt didn’t get the food until 6:36pm. My husband went to pick up the order by himself. THENNNN we didn’t realize there was no chicken in the strawberry CHICKEN salad that we paid $16 dollars for until he was back home. When we called the restaurant it was hell getting ahold of someone then when we did we couldn’t even get ahold of the manager because nobody was picking up. This place is a joke. You’re better off just going to Wendy’s for a strawberry balsamic CHICKEN salad."

"The mozzarella sticks were great. I had the Double Crispy Shrimp dinner and my husband had fish and chips. The first piece of shrimp was not fully deveined and the breading fell off the other pieces shrimp. My husband's fish was very oily and the fries were over seasoned. Our server, Gina, (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful. The manager apologized for the issues and took a meal off the bill. We will give them another chance."
