Chili's Grill & Bar

"I was told to pay for my order at the bar. No one at the bar to ring me up. I get home and my flour tortillas are old and rubbery. Not fresh! I found the top of a green pepper in my fajitas. They left the stem and crown on the green pepper.. not appetizing! The bag of chips I bought were not full. I think for $27, I'd get fresh flour tortillas, green peppers cut correctly and the chips in a full bag, not a partial bag. These kids you have working for you must not care nor know the value of the dollar. I realize in today's economy everything and everyone is cutting back on portions, but at the very least make sure you have good quality and a fair amount of quantity. This was not a good experience. The music was pretty loud in restaurant while I was waiting for a bartender that didn't exist to ring my order up. From the moment I walked into your establishment to pay for my pick up order, it all went downhill fast! Things need to change before I recommend or come back to order anything again. Quality of the chicken was dry."

"Brought my teenage son and his girlfriend there for an anniversary dinner last night and it was an amazing experience. The server/bartender was great and did a good job. The host was very friendly and personable. The young lady that brought the food out was very nice and helpful. Management was checking on all the tables constantly, the food was great and came out fast! Overall, a great choice! We will be back!"

"Went here on an Sunday evening. It was actually not as packed as I thought it would be. We were immediately seated and our server was on point the entire dinner. I had the fajitas which were great and the guacamole was fresh! I love their ranch as well! My son had the chicken crispers and fries. Everything was fresh! We will be returning!"

"This past Feb. marked only the 2nd time ever dining in at this location (live across the border in northeastern Lake Co). Not that my family and I don't like Chili's but I'm a foodie so I have a tendency to take my family out to a different restaurant whenever I'm off of work. Not gonna say the food is absolutely to-die-for and is something to write home about but the popular Tex-Mex chain does have decent food coming from an all-around type menu. The venue was packed that night but didn't wait too long for a booth, table was clean, food came out hot & fresh with reasonable prices despite climbing prices nationwide and our server Cole who looks like he's still in high school did very well. The one thing that keeps me coming back to Chili's the most is their Classic Nachos app, My wife and I always order it whether our kids are with us or not and we like their cocktails here as well."
