"I Always come to this chipotle here on Lakehurst and ask for 2 bowls for one of my bowls I always ask for the portion of meat on the side : the last times I been here they over charge me saying the have to charge the meat as an extra portion . Basically telling me how to eat my bowl and how to mix it . If a customer ask for specifics on their plate they have to respect that ."
"As a regular customer I feel that my poor service today may force me to find another location that can get an order correct. I ordered a veggie burrito with black beans and brown rice. Instead my burrito had white rice and no beans. When I brought it to the attention of a worker he contested that the rice was white and offered to make me another - I declined."

"Ordered online so I didn't have to talk to anyone, arrived found the order not in designated area. I stand at the register make eye contact with 3 workers, ignored and they proceed to let the rest of the line through, I'm still at the register, then a woman with a small dog puts the dog on the corner and the employees proceed to play with dog all while I'm still ignored I had to interrupt 2 employees before I was helped to get my order which was sitting where they make it and to order a drink. Let's be real it was rude and I'll just go somewhere else"
"This is by far the worst Chipotle in existence. The food quality, preparation of food and assembly is always the worst. And I keep going back!! Tonight they somehow combined and mixed up a little of all three of the bowls we ordered. The $8 guacamole was so old, it was actually black and smelled rancid. We had to throw the guacamole out along with my daughters bowl that had the liquidy, black, smelly guacamole on it. This place sucks!"
