More hands Less work:

"Didn't make a deal the first day. Management called me and asked how they could get my business. I was honest and let them know. We were able to make an agreement. I got a very fair value on my truck and they gave me a good price on their truck. Win / win. Negative side. Truck wasn't washed very good. Full of water spots and some bird poop. I realize it was a Saturday and no one to do it. I do wish they would slow down the sales pressure. Salesman is a good guy and just maybe his style. We didn't go over warranty. Didn't see service area or who would I see with any problems. But I forgot to ask also. Plus side. Really the sales guy was polite. Sales manager seems ok. I had no intention of buying now. But the deal was very good. I'm 50 miles away so service won't happen here. I will recommend them to friends. Small town businesses need our patronage."
