"The food was too little for what you pay. I found out after being on Keto they like to fill you up on the lattice and not much meat. I asked for a little more meat and she said it's an extra charge plus they have cauliflower rice but it's $3.00 more. I was not happy at all for $18.00, it did not fill me up at all."

"So ordered online and went to pick up. Opened my bowl when I got home and it was literally empty. Hardly no chicken no rice no beans I payed 24 dollars to get my bowls empty . Food was wsy to salty. I would request a refund actually have to make a complaint online because apparently you cant call the store to complain about the horrible food they serve. Never ever again"

"Was very disappointed with them, I did an online order and asked for extra items only to be majorly skimped. I had even left a tip in hopes that they would put even just a pinch of love into making my food and they gave me 4 pieces of meat and there was not even any salsa when I asked for some. It was really disheartening as this was a location that frequently did well to include ingredients, but when I ask for extra and I receive less than normal, that feels like a slap in the face. I would advise never using their app and only going in person so you can make sure you get even a normal amount of ingredients. Or just pick a different restaurant where you know they will give you a quantity that’s worth your money."

"I was there to get veg bowl to go! Very bad experience. The person preparing my bowl, didn’t greet me first of all. They were low on most of the items. I got very little guac. I asked him to give me what I should get but he kept asking me if I wanted “more”. More means extra charge!!!!! Which wasn’t fair. Then I asked for chips and guac! He filled up the container half! HALF!!!! I had to request him to fill it up all the way at least. He kept looking around. The manager, Sophia, was right next to him. No name tags! I asked for manger and she was right there all the time! They didn’t have any lemons or limes! I found out today they use citrus juice to make guac. I thought they used fresh juice!!!!! What bothered me the most was that the manager also quietly supported this bad customer service… i am never going to this location ever. All the employees, including Sophia, doesn’t even know how to provide customer service, it begins with a smile. That can make people’s day sometime!!"
