"1st time picking up. Delicious, hot, gourmet food. I was blown away by the potato skins. Ordered ParmesanChicken Sandwich, hot wings, ribs and Italian beef. All very good. Accurate order. Nicole was patient on the phone and got my order right. Very complete."
"Put in a catering order a week before we needed it. Showed up on time to pick up and they didn't have my order. They spent a lot of time looking for it, but never told me they eventually found it. I had to ask if it was found. They said they were working on filling it. I had guests at home waiting for the food. Ended up waiting for over a 1/2 hour for an order that should have been filled before I got there. No "we're sorry for the inconvenience " or "can you come back in a half hour or wait that long"? Nothing. Last time we're ordering from there. Poor customer service. No comp to say they're sorry. Beware!"
"I ordered a deep dish pizza for delivery, it was VERY good! This type of Chicago deep dish pizza isn’t my favorite type of pizza but this one was definitely better than average."
"Great little restaurant with a very extensive menu and great daily specials. The have pizza, Italin beef sandwiches, gyro sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, pastas, salads and lasagna, just to name a few items. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the establishment. The parking lot is big and they have plenty of wheelchair accessible parking spaces."
