Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Walked in, greeted immediately. Asked a question, only to have the employee roll his eyes at me. The dining room was filthy. Tables were mostly covered in food, the floors are dirty. The young men were standing at the cashier swinging their arms - why not clean the dining area? Young woman with purple hair had garbage cans right up to all the food. Please teach your employees common sense"

"WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my entire life!!!! I came in around 2pm and asked for a Chicken Butrito Bowl to go. There was no chicken out, so the lady went to the back where I could not see her and she put chicken in my bowl. I could see they were making Fresh Chicken on the grill. But she gave me old Chicken that was not out for serving. I told her I did not want that chicken because it was not fresh. I am 9 months pregnant and am very cautious what I eat. She looked at me and tossed the plate in the garbage and took the next customer. Denying me service and food. I was not rude. And did not need to be treated this way. So I asked for a manager and she said No Manager and then said she doesn't speak English. I took the managers card. Called the number and the number was disconnected!!! I ended up calling 1-800-CHIPOLTE and filed a complaint against this place. Never in my life have I been treated this way. All because I didn't want old chicken that was pulled from the back out of sight. And this place is filthy. DON'T GO TO THE WESTMONT LOCATION!!!!!"

"This Chipotle location is one of the worst in America, and that’s saying a lot. Not only the employees, but also the management at this location are unprofessional teens that put their own comfort before that of the customers and dashers. They are rude, inexperienced, and their service skills greatly lack the basics. They perform shady practices in both their system management and food preparation simply due to sheer laziness. If you guys want a much better quality experience, just go to the other Chipotle location nearby instead at 1203 Ogden Ave. Those guys truly deserve a recommendation, and it’s sadly a stark contrast from this joke of a branch."

"Last time I was here they had a very unorganized staff. That was much earlier this year. But since then I've noticed the place is kept clean...floors tables, counters, drink station etc. And the counter service has really stepped up."

"Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. I came here after work and got a burrito bowl as usual and sat inside. The line went super fast and the food was delicious. My only comment on the negative side was that the guy plating the food had a bit of an attitude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. This location has outdoor seating which is nice. The water at the fountain drink was chill and refreshing. Overall I had a great experience here, except for that small issue with the employee."
