"I placed an order on the phone and the gentleman who took my order was very patient and nice the delivery guy came very promptly. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely order from Rosati‘s again thank you."
"The older guy who works in the kitchen here has arguably one of the worst attitudes ever. Throws your food around carelessly, seems to enjoy the fact that drivers have to wait for their orders. This was only my second time stopping in, and I believe the first time he was drunk. I'm good. If you order delivery from here, best of luck. I'd go anywhere else. And for clarity sakes, I don't have a problem waiting for food! It's part of the job. The problem is when he starts to throw your pizza around, or your cake, when I deliver that to you as the customer, you're going to blame me. It's sad but unfortunate, this location doesn't take pride in their work."
"Usually order from Elmhurst. We love Rosati’s Pizza but today we didn’t want to take the drive so I went to Westmont location. Very sad at how bad this was. Same order just completely different at this location. Cheese was melting off box and couldn’t even separate slices and pizza tasted so bad. Tried to eat as we are big on preventing food waste but… will keep sticking to Elmhurst Rosati’s as this was $30 down the drain. Photo on left is from today at Westmont and photo on right is how our pizza usually looks at the Elmhurst store. Same order."
