"Rude staff, almost feel like my business is an inconvenience. And if you ask for a $13 sub to made a certain way (no lettuce) they look at you dumbfounded. Unfortunately, this Jimmy John's is the closest to me and my family enjoys it but it kills me to come to this particular location."
"The woman had her 10 year old working behind the counter. The guy with the beard was on his cell phone the whole time and was just rude. Won't be back here again. - Update: Reported this issue using the link that they provided and there was still no reply from management which tells me that they just do not care. Stay far away from this location."
"I ordered my food went to stand in the pick up spot and slipped on the large puddle of water, no biggie it happens. Advised staff hey there is a puddle on the floor. They looked at me yeah and... Therer were like 5 staff no one made a move to pick up the spill. The server was rude. The place was disorganized. Whatever happened too management?"

"Feel bad leaving a poor review as I've been ordering from here for years. People are generally nice. Unfortunately my order is wrong too often. About the 15th issue in the last 4 years. This time the order was mostly right but they gave me tiny tomatoes for whatever reason. It's frustrating as I like the food."
