"I ordered at 4pm yesterday the 30 wing pack for my family and I and was told the order was completed at just about 5:15. Arrived to the store and waiting 10 minutes for someone to assist me, waited another 10-15 for someone to check my order. Was told after waiting approximately 30 minutes in the store at this point, that my order would take another hours, making it almost 7:15 before it would be completed. I understand that they were very busy and it was the Super Bowl, but I’ve worked in food service before for many years and never had to wait this long for an order to be completed. They should never have taken my order and didn’t even refund or offer anything to me. Supposedly I will see a refund come to my account in 3-5 business days…but doubtful that will actually happen. So extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Loved Wingstop before this but after this will not be coming back, and neither should anyone else if they want quality or even decent service, again coming from someone who has a lot of experience with food service at multiple different places, so that should tell you something.."
"Never been to a Wingstop that is as well maintained, prompt and inviting as this one. I was skeptical on the high ratings but this one absolutely deserves it. My lunch was fresh, presented well and from the lobby to the bathroom clean and modern. Great job to this store ."
