"Just try harder. Nothing was even warm and the fries were spongy. Cool, ur fast food and expectations should be low. I think for 20 bucks the two meals should at least pretend like they were recently made."
"I ordered 5 cookies and a burger and a 6 PC nuggets with bbq sauce, in which I received only 4 cookies, 5 nuggets with ranch for some reason and a straight up burned burger that I struggled to eat, this is my first negative review ever and my experience was beyond horrible."
"The drive-thru was painstakingly slow. One at the order speaker they asked me to wait. Literally, 5 minutes later I query about the delay and they ask me to wait longer. This is at 12:05pm! I said no and left after chewing up 20 minutes of time in the drive-thru! How the hell long do they think workers get for lunch?! It’s a drive-thru, no one should have to wait more than 5-10 minutes from start of line to leaving with food."
"When walking into the establishment we were not greeted but yet stared at by all the staff. We received no hello or any smiles. Rude customer service and the establishment was not anywhere near busy. The food was good but the service needs to be worked on. Not sure if it was a race thing! But even still that is no exucse."
"Happen to be in the area and wanted to try this Wendy’s. First off, crew was very accommodating and friendly. The Manager or whoever that guy in the front, treats His crew with respect and not bossy at all (just an observation) They were happy to accept the coupon that we used. The Food! The Food is noticeably better than other Wendy’s we’ve been in the past. The Burgers are well put together and not greasy at all. Tasted very Fresh! The Fries is also perfect! Not soggy, not salty, not hard and with no stale or rancid oil tasting to it. Me and my Husband devoured our large fries and enjoyed every piece of it. This Wendy’s is so far the Best one’s we’ve been so far and the next time we are in the area, I will sure stop by again."
