"My visit was upsetting again ,the older lady talks about people who go in to look at the clothes,she complains loudly to the others in the back ,it was an embarrassing visit and this only happens in the back after I said I was in with a voucher .i felt discriminated ,It's very sad to have to go through this after going through a crisis and losing our clothes and things as well like others you have helped, but I don't think everyone has to explain their situation,even if I tried to make conversation ,I'm told to just put my things down and than rushed .Maybe you should try rehiring or retraining ,kindness should not be hard when your there to help,or just shouldn't be there ,God bless you all"
