"Chicago Culinary Kitchen Finally a BBQ joint that isn't filled with country music. It's a rock all the time ! Nice selection of meats. The brisket is moist nice seasoning in the bark. Sauces are ok, nothing special. But the rib tips didn't need any more they were great. And those PB&J pig wings are fantastic. Totally different and delicious. Only down falls...soda is all off brand stuff..better than Pepsi but not Coke. And it's mostly family style seating, long rows of tables. So if you don't like sitting on the community table it has limited other seats"

"Stopped for lunch, first time visit. Food was A++++.. So good. We had ribs & zucchini fries & pork sandwich. The portions were generous so yes, leftovers were appreciated. Vibe is very edgy & rock n roll, very cool place. I definitely want to try more things on the menu."

"Cool Vibes! Love rock n roll! Very disappointing. No flavor in any food I ordered. The Brisket looked great but it was covered in Tallow or some sort of grease. The Link was the smallest I’ve ever had at a BBQ restaurant. Halfway through the link I realized they gave me a Texas Link instead of the Jalapeño Cheddar that I paid the extra $2.00 for. I brought it to their attention and the response was “sorry dude” that was it. Pit beans were Luke warm at best and tasted like can pork n beans. The brisket Tamale was big but no flavor. They say Texas BBQ but it didn’t compare to the gas station BBQ in San Benito TX. I had high hopes!"

"Traveled 40 minutes to try this place out for the first time. Atmosphere was great, neon lights , good music , great aroma first step in . Ribs were awesome Brisket sandwich was awesome Beans were good Potato salad was good a lil too heavy on the paprika on top my opinion Coleslaw was good maybe in my top ten Corn muffin was spot one very good The mexican street corn though thru me a curve not what I expected, seemed like too much mayo and cheese for my taste Over all over a 100 bucks n change for a family of 4 and my wife and daughter only got sides... It'll be tough to come back just to eat dinner, figuring in distance and cost; the overall wow factor just wasn't there. Might try again (meats only) if in the area though."

"Overall 4/5. I loved the metal theme when you first walk in as well as in the dining area. They also have cool props outside. I found out about this place through social media. One star was taken because the prices are expensive and I wished they extended their houses to like 9 pm at least. There are tons of parking spaces. This place is popular so you might have to wait for people to leave if you plan on dining in. -Smoked rib tips 2/5 - too chewy not enough meat -back alley sticky ribs 5/5 - i love these ribs. I love the flavor with honey and dukka. -brisket 5/5 - very moist and melts in your mouth -jalapeño cheddar link 5/5 -f’n mac & cheese 5/5 -pig candy 5/5 i wished i had more"
