"Went 25 mins out of my way to enjoy Arby’s because there is none close by. Took the wife for a valentines roast beef. Drive through at 2pm 14 feb. I received an ice cold roast beef. And the roast beef sliders were just as cold. Asked for salt and ketchup and I received a handful of pepper packets. What is going on over there? The fries were hot. That’s it. Not one to complain but really let down."
"Make sure to check your order at this location. I asked for no Arby’s sauce and leave the cheddar which she repeated back to me. I received no cheddar extra Arby’s sauce.. who ever answered the phone I called just said “ok”"
"Delicious roast beef sandwiches. Great curly fries. Lots of variety if you want something other than roast beef sandwich. Wonderful customer service. Plenty of parking."
"Placed order through Doordarsh. Burger had a big hair in between the meat. It had to be taken apart to find the origin of the hair. Called the restaurant to let them know so they could wear hairnets. Not asking for a refund or apology, just telling him just to wear them. The person who answered was very rude and did not apologize. He just asked me the name of the order and told me he couldn't see it. I told him I was just telling them to be careful, and he just said "OK bye". I was not upset or mad about it, but the way they replied to me was livid proof they didn't care."
