"This is one of my favorite locations. Honestly, it's probably my only favorite. The one on Rollins by meijer is horrible, nothing like this location. They are always nice and pleasant to interact with. They don't seem like they are irritated or annoyed to be there. My orders are always done quickly and correctly. I haven't been in the facility for a while. I'm usually going through the drive thru. Anyway they are nice and like I said they seem to enjoy their job. Friendly customer service is hard to find now a days. Especially in the fast food industry. So I give them a lot of credit for being on top of their game and always greeting me with pleasant tone and positive energy. And best of all, always getting my order right and the food tasting fresh. I can only assume that the food conditions are good because they are on top of the maintenance in their food prep area. Congratulations to every employee their and management in this location. You guys are doing awesome, and you deserve some recognition! Great fast service ! Thank you Thank you thank you for your great customer service."
"We were just there to order food. 1 original chicken sandwich that was probably just sitting around. Chicken is not hot, fries are not hot. Two big mac’s that look like the meat has been sitting too long. What I paid for this trash was 31.94 The staff were all laughing listening to Mexican music. I will never go there again. We should have taken the food back, but instead through it out."
