"I was severely disappointed at my experience at this Wingstop. My family and I have been going to this Wingstop for a couple months, however, with our most recent visit, we will no longer be returning to this Wingstop. Not only did the manager verbally harass me, they also made me waste 2 hours of my time to fix an order that they messed up (twice). My family ordered a set of wings online, and we went to pick them up and had gotten home when we realized that a mistake had been made with our order. No problem as we called the restaurant to correct the order and provide us with the right type of wings. It was when I went to pick up the food again that I was harassed by the workers as they tried to make me pay for the food again. Not only that, when I checked the bag, the food was raw. Overall, this experience was the worst, and I am mentally scarred for the experience my family had."

"I placed an online order and it was incorrect. Was offered my correct order to come pick up, and was told on the phone they would provide me with a large ranch for free. I arrived to the store and the manager had lied to me and screamed at me to pay for the ranch. Overall this place is not consistent and run by rude people who clearly have no idea how to work in the food industry. He even told me that I was lucky to get my wings — that I had originally paid for and had to drive 30 mins to pick up again…."

"The sauces are all fantastic, but I needed a magnifying glass to eat the wings. The amount of meat resembled a crawdad rather than a chicken wing. For what they charge, its not a great product. I tried to order all flats 5 seconds after I clicked the order and they would not change it. They also forgot our boneless wings from the order."

"unfortunately the only wingstop within a 15 mile radius of my house. the wingstop location itself is convenient, but the service is trash. i can recall multiple times where my order has been messed up, and today when we came in at 10:36 (order was placed at 10:26) i literally overheard him say “cmon this was placed at 10:26” to his coworker who was standing on his phone. speaking of trash, there is no where to throw out any garbage except for a little tin can near the drinks. prices have also gone up for the same slow service each time. to be quite honest, i was generous with the 3 stars."
