"They used to be the best BBQ around, but I went there today and ordered the ribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, pulled chicken, hot link and the brisket. The only halfway decent food was the burnt ends. I really don't think they smoke their meat anymore. None of the food had pink smoke rings, the ribs must've been boiled first, then finished in the smoker. The pulled pork had zero smoke flavor. I don't understand how a place that has so much smoke inside the store can have such flavorless bbq. What a shame. whoever decided to change the way they smoke their meats needs to be fired, and get back to their old methods."
"I have been coming here for about six years now and it never disappoints. If you are looking for some mouthwatering BBQ - Steamboat BBQ is the place to go! The food here just melts in your mouth when you eat it - my personal favorite is go with the brisket and burnt ends - you cannot go wrong. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant smells heavenly with the scent of fresh BBQ. I also like that they give the option of purchasing larger portions of their barbeque sauces. My personal favorites are the butler's tribute and apple bourbon. The menu is a wide variety so there is defiantly a place where there is something for everyone."

"Man this place could be great it just not managed the right way. Meat is dried out because it is not wrapped when not in use to the meat drys out. Again this place could be great. This is the 3rd time I've been here. So disappointed."
"Don’t sleep on the wings. Normally I prefer flats but their drums are insanely good. My order is garlic and herb seasoning with buffalo sauce."
