"Slowest location I’ve ever ordered from. On multiple occasions I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a single sandwich. Today being one of those days, I ordered at 1:40 and as I’m typing this at 2:20 even after calling the store and inquiring I still haven’t received my order. I live less than a mile from the store what happened to freaky fast? Definitely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this store again."
"The Delivery is terrible. I never write reviews. However I would be doing a disservice by not warning. I am not sure what the problem is? I have ordered in Kankakee and they were so good and very fast. But in the joliet locations they get lost and think and hour or two is fine for a sub Delivery. Avoid Delivery!"
"Placed an order 11:34am and didn't receive my order until 1:30pm. I had bee calling so that I could at least know how much longer it would be taking for my order, no answer. The phone would just ring and ring and ring. Once it was delivered and the person came in all they said was "sorry for the long wait". Didn't even bother to offer a discount or anything. Don't waste your time with them if it's not one thing it's another with them."
