"I ordered birthday cake for our daughter's first birthday on a Monday which happens to be closing day for the restaurant. Despite the confusion, management was able to arrange for a pickup on time and responded to my messages and calls promptly. Cake was delicious and looked awesome as expected. Really appreciate the good service !!"
"We ordered a birthday cake with Rasmalai flavor, and although the cake looked good on the outside, after cutting it, we realized it was a plain vanilla flavor. I tried two different slices, but none had the promised Rasmalai taste. Upon contacting the owner to address the issue, their response was, 'We cannot assist you with this; this is how we make our cakes. Please send me some pictures, but I won’t be able to help you. If you want another cake, please go to Chicago Hot Breads and buy a new one.' The photos clearly show no Rasmalai in the frosting or the cake itself (which is typically made with small Rasmalai pieces). It's evident that their cakes are bad, and so is their customer service. I am certain that I will never purchase another cake from there. Even as a vanilla flavor, it wasn't satisfactory; there was more frosting than cake. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone."
"Honestly I see a lot of negative comments cause something they ordered probably wasn’t what they expected. We tried their Vijavada and Dum biriyani which we liked. Their Chicken Chettinad and Celon Paratha was really nice as well. We never felt disappointed with anything we ordered, except when we did delivery once. But overall everything tastes pretty good and seems like their cooks/chefs know what they’re doing."
"Walked in with family for early dinner. Impressed with the crisp ambience. Prices were affordable and portions were as huge as you get in this part of the world. A special mention must be made about the service staff who did a great service with a broad smile and extra care. My granddaughter's favorites were available as well my spouse's favourite Vada pav."
