"Wow. We called to get a table and accordingly they took the time. Once we got here we still waited an hour. Then nobody came to take our order much less, no water, no nothing. I talked to the assistant manager and she said she would get someone. Nope. Waited another 10min and finally got hold of the manager. He finally offered drinks and took our order. Almost 2hrs… worst service! We had to ask for simple things like silverware, water etc… other than the head manager, all others just ignored us. With this kind of service, food doesn’t even taste good because, already so annoyed."
"Very pleasant service especially for being Christmas Day. Food was on point. Delicious and hot. Came out in a very timely manner.. our server was very nice. I do think she had the whole section to herself. So we tipped well. Very thankful they were open and the workers were very pleasant for having to work the holiday. Thank you."

"Very consistent food and service like any other Red Lobster. A good location also right by the mall. We had flounder, shrimp, lobster, crispy green beans and fries (which were described as sea salted but they really were not). All in all, good decent Red Lobster meal that you would expect."
