"Closed 90 mins before posted, ordered online and drove here and claims he refunded the order when it shows that it’s ready in Subway app. This is not the first time something like this happened at this location, won’t be coming back."

"They were so busy they decided to "turn off their app ordering this morning" which makes no sense that you are too busy before you get started with your day. The kids wanted subway after a long day of sports. Wanted to use the app to use the buy one get one footlong deal but they won't honor it in the store even though they turned off the app. I'm not paying double for their already ridiculous price increases. $15 bucks for one sub that used to be 2 for $5 just 4 years ago? Don't tell me that's inflation, inflation is not more that 50%. This is a 600% increase. That's price gouging. Taking advantage of the situation. Maybe time for me or someone to open up a Subway or better sandwich shop nearby. Just a heads up, beautiful sandwiches across the street, make your own at MacCallisters Deli for 8 or 9 bucks with a side. With Subway: Cant even call customer service anymore. I'm afraid for the future of Subway, grew up with it but it's been ruined by current executives."

"The fresh slicing of meets as advertised on TV is false, the staff was friendly but most Subways don't take coupons some do. Their is no uniformity at subways anymore. Some have sub of the day, some don't. The sub prices for a 6 inch have gone through the roof for all turkey based but flavored meat. Your better off going to a jimmy John's or other sub place getting the real deal fresh sliced meat not flavored meat at subway because the name of the subs have changed but all the same ingredients and the prices skyrocketed."

"UPDATE: We have been back to this location several times now and they are back to what we expect from Subway! We pick up lunch from this store all the time. Up until today they've been good. Apparently management thinks the employees are using too many vegis per sandwich. Told them to stop. I've included a pick of my 12" Turkey/Provolone. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, pickles, red onion and mayo on it. You tell me if this is Subway's standard. Food costs have gone up for everyone. If produce is more expensive then raise the price of the sandwich $1 instead of charging the same and giving less! It's good business."
