"Update 1/10/24: stopped for a drive thru sandwich. Normally I don't order fish from any fast food place because you have no idea how long it's sat in a freezer, but I had a craving so I ordered the Cod filet. I was very impressed!! The fish was nice size, flaky and not overcooked, or dripping in grease. So well done Culver's, you have won me over. One of my teenage grandson and my favorite places to eat. Food always taste fresh. They have the best french fries anywhere, and as an added bonus, they have some summer selection drinks that taste yummy usually between end of May through August. We wait all year just for those drinks."

"The food was solid, the service was OK, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The food was good, typical Culver's fare. Not spectacular just what you'd expect. The service was fine. The employees were nice enough and were having fun with one another. That said, they were more preoccupied with messing around on their cell phones than actually attending to guests and the facilities. The facility is where things fell apart. The fact that the Newkirk's aren't too embarrassed to put their name on the receipts is pretty surprising. The lobby was completely ransacked. Every other table was dirty, and had piles of rubbish beneath them. The beverage station was filthy and the garbage was completely overflowing at every bin. The restrooms were disgusting. It looks like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I watched employees walking food out to the lobby and walking past the completely trashed lobby time and again only to do absolutely nothing about it. I spoke with the manager on duty to ensure they had a chance to rectify these issues so that other customers aren't as appalled as I was. If the parts of the restaurant your customers can see are this dirty, what do the kitchen areas look like that we can't see. I won't return to this location."

"Stopped in for lunch, I had the fish and my wife had a “single”, which is a single Pattie burger. We shared a fry and the food was very good. IMO Culver’s has the best fish sandwich, very thick and flaky. I deducted one star as the condiment area was pretty messy. I understand that is a tough area to keep clean, but this looked like it had been a while since it was cleaned. A quick tip on exiting the parking lot. If you exit on to 59 you can only go right (north). Easier to drive to the back of the restaurant, turn right on the access street and then exit on to the side street. That will take you to a light on the corner of 59 and you can then proceed North or South."

"$17.43 for these two tiny pieces of fish, some fries, slaw and an ice tea. What a ripoff. Major shrinkflation. Very disappointing."

"Very consistently good food at all of the Culver's that I have been to so far including this one. This location is one of the newer ones so it looks extra clean and modern. Over the years, prices have gone up though but that's the case at most places these days. The double butter burger with cheese and the regular basket of fries plus drink comes out to be $10."
