"Hard to believe a resale store doesn’t offer tax receipts for donations! Also annoyed that after dropping off very good items that we were told we must hang around as they sift through our donations to make sure they were good. Don’t worry. We won’t be back. There’s plenty of other donation places we’ll donate to."
"This place is a rip off. They take your items & tell you they sold for a meager 3.00. A wall hanging got taken there right at closing. When the error was discovered we went back the very next morning. We were there when they opened and when asked about it, they all looked at each other and looked at the head cashier, who then said, oh it must have sold last night. We asked how much it sold for? They didn't remember their last sale of the night when I left it? Liars. We'll never take another item there nor will we buy something knowing they ripped somebody off. Kathys is much better. Beware."
"The choices were wonderful, and it was clean, well priced and well organized. I bought several things. My only reservation was the checkout. There was one shopper in front of me, and one other cashier available, also helping someone. I waited 20 min for both cashiers, and never received an acknowledgement ...that there was a line behind me of at least 6 people. No eye contact, no we'll be right with you, nothing. Rude."
