"Only reason for this rating is due to the rudeness of the staff and what I witnessed today when an elderly customer slipped and fell on a wet floor in the checkout lane (no wet floor sign anywhere) and then witnessed the employees making a mockery of her and laughing. Fyi, they didn't document that it happened either, didn't even help her up, thank goodness for the young man I had with me that immediately ran over to assist her."
"Prices had raised considerably since I had last been in there. I didn't feel it was cheaper than my regular shopping spot on alot of the food. The staff was very friendly even though they could of used at least one more check out open."
"I always make a special trip out of my way to get groceries at Ruler. Their prices are awesome, and I really like the Kroger brand items that they sell. The only thing in this store that I don't recommend is their fresh meat."
