"They never ever have both registers open. The line is ALWAYS long. Its always a huge inconvenience to wait that long for just a few items...i always regret my decision to even go into this location. I have even been there and the line would be clear to the back of the store and employees will just be walking through the store peeking thru the aisles at the massive line and won't even attempt to help. Its horrible. I have never seen such a thing and ive worked at dollar general."
"It is the main store I shop at. Most of the employees age great. They need better pay, better schedules and more staff on their shifts. So, I am not a huge fan of the actual company and the way they treat the people who are at risk, high risk of getting COVID-19 the entire time they are at work. The community that our store is located in is full of people that refuse to wear mask and they don't wear one into the store. The employees do not get any support on enforcing the policy so it is impossible for them to. The employees are really great about having their mask on and I appreciate that. Dollar General Corporate staff, you need to take care of these employees and your customers by being proactive about their health."
"They're was a sale without a digital coupon. It wasn't in system and the cashier didn't know how to fix it. I literally had to argue with her but I kept telling her to go down the aisle where the sign was. Please fix this in the system Dollar General. It was spend $15 on any p&g products save $5."
