"Got food poisoning from here. Called and spoke with the manager who immediately became rude to me and told me I couldn't prove it. She never even asked what I ate, so beware of eating here if you dont want to vomit continuously for hours."
"The people here are Amazing. Always like the upfront service is absolutely just the coolest group of people super laid-back and friendly and really efficient. Genuinely, excellent customer service. Just one… Minor… Thing. Around the time the soap changed from the pink soap to something else in the women’s bathroom, the women’s restroom smells really strongly of perfume. It’s overboard. I know it’s just the air freshener, but man… it is way too strong. Sorry! I just hope you can change it back because before it smelled kinda awesome all the way down the hall and now I can’t breathe in there. Again, overall love for McAlister’s!!"
"First off, I always get the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! today's is New Year's Eve!! Nauradi was soo Polite and jolly! I loved it! Made my day that she decided to be so polite!! The food like always is AMAZING! and love that Oswego Location makes our food carefully and gives us the quantity we paid for!! We drove past the Naperville location to come to this one because quantity and quality is much better in Aurora! Thank you! Have a wonderful NEW YEAR! We ordered the veggie sandwich and the garden salad, always so fresh, and the Spuds! Yummy!"
"Try it out the table side ordering. Works out really good to avoid the register when the food arrived. My Reuben was a little cold the mac & cheese was warm. The salad was good. Overall experience was the average nothing as a wow factor. Little disappointed that the corn beef was cold."
"Definitely check out this perfect lunch spot. I always passed by this place but decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did. I had the New Yorker (pastrami and beef) and wow was it tasty! They loaded it up with meat. I had a salad another time and that was good too. Honestly, anything you order from here will taste amazing. I’m definitely stopping by here for lunch whenever I can! Also all the staff were quick and friendly."
